The rooms were spacious and wonderful, with balcony. The staff was very professional, some of them especially. Location: the hotel was short walk to a local hike, taxi's and busses and trekking or sightseeing by car or Jeep.

The food was amazing and the service was good. The hotel employees were helpful and caring. The location near the river is nice and unbeatable, perfect for visiting Munnar. Close to taxis, shops, restaurants, and a stream.

I had a very nice and peaceful stay at this hotel. The staff here are truly exceptional, showing genuine care and making me feel right at home. The hotel's attention to cleanliness is remarkable, with the rooms and washrooms maintained to a high standard. Additionally, the beautiful river view adds a touch of natural beauty to the overall experience.

We stayed close to a flowing river that emanated a peaceful vibe. the lush, green area around the river was perfect for relaxation. Our room was clean and tidy and had a refreshing view of the surroundings. Breakfast included South Indian dishes that were tasty and fulfilling.

The location was a bit far from the main town, which made it difficult for us to explore other areas.

The hotel had an amazing attention to detail, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. From the clean and comfortable rooms with a balcony that offered stunning views of the surroundings, to the friendly and helpful staff that made you feel like a valued guest, this hotel truly knows how to provide excellent service. The breakfast spread was also a delightful experience, with a wide variety of delicious local dishes to choose from.

All in all, I couldn't find any major issue with my stay at this hotel.

I had a beautiful stay at this hotel with lovely views from my room. The hotel is located in a serene location surrounded by nature, making it a perfect retreat. The room was in great condition and had a cool balcony where I could relax and soak up the atmosphere. The staff provided great service and the breakfast served in the room was amazing. I also enjoyed the nice shower and comfortable bed.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was a great experience and there was nothing I found that needed improvement.

I spent my Christmas holidays at a little slice of heaven with breathtaking views. the complimentary breakfast was finger, licking and the staff were amiable, with great assistance to guests. the hotel's location, quite distant from the usual overcrowded city center, afforded us a serene, peaceful and safe environment. We could catch the beautiful sunset by the river, a truly relaxing experience.

We had to commute some distance to access a decent restaurant. there was a local restaurant that was a 15, minute walk from the hotel.
